Record drop in home sales across the nation due to our current economic recession and financial sectors tightening with strict lending guidelines for the real estate industry have been emotionally and mentally draining for all us. The thought of the future from this current experience can paint a picture not worthy of the Smithsonian.

However, the year 2010 does not have to be a continuation of a complete meltdown for the residential real estate market. Regardless of how many homes were sold previous from 2010, the fact remains it is time for a new solution that can and will sustain all economic turmoil.

Contest For Change is sensitive to the efforts made through the federal economic stimulus program and also understands the timelines of the federal assistance in tax credits for first-time homebuyers and for buyers who have owned their existing homes up to the five year qualification. We know there are pressures of meeting those deadlines and that's why we are here to help relieve them.
